Durga Dwatrinshna Nama Mala contains the 32 names of Goddess Durga, found in chapter 88 of the Markandeya Purana. Goddess Durga symbolizes the divine energy or divine Shakti that is used against the negative forces of evil and misery. She protects her devotees from evil powers and safeguards them. Goddess Durga represents the power of the Supreme Being that preserves moral order and righteousness in the creation, that's why she's depicted as a warrior.
Amogh Shiva Kavacha a powerful Stotra of Shiva, which is found in the Skanda Purãna (the largest Mukhyapurãṇa, a genre of eighteen religious texts of Sanatan Dharma, containing over 81,000 verses.) It is believed that chanting (or listening) these verses everyday gets rid of the negative energy and provides a halo of protection from Shiva; all you need is complete devotion for lord Shiva, in this way he can be easily pleased. He fulfills all the wishes of his devotees. Shiva is consciousness and the source of life.
Shree Devi Atharvasheersham a sacred Vedic hymn dedicated to Goddess Durga "divine mother" found in the Atharva Veda; considered one of the most potent hymns for invoking the blessings of Goddess Durga in her supreme and cosmic form. It provides strength, protection, and wisdom, it emphasizes the supreme nature of Goddess Durga as Mother of All.
Narayana Atharvasheersham from the Atharva Veda, it offers profound insights into the divine nature and significance of lord Narayana, described as ultimate reality and source of all existence. Lord Narayana (the primordial cause, sustainer and destroyer of the universe) manifests in various forms, such as Vishnu, Narasimha, Rama, Krishna. By understanding and incorporating the teachings of this Upanishad, one can cultivate devotion, live according to highest ethical standards and establish a profound connection with Narayana, the divine essence, in our individual paths towards liberation.

UNESCO proclaimed the tradition of Vedic chant a masterpiece of the oral and intangible heritage of humanity on November 7, 2008

In Sanskrit, the verses of the Vedas were traditionally chanted during sacred rituals and recited daily in Vedic communities. The value of this tradition lies not only in the rich content of its oral literature but also in the ingenious techniques employed by the Brahmin priests in preserving the texts intact over thousands of years. To ensure that the sound of each word remains unaltered, practitioners are taught from childhood complex recitation techniques that are based on tonal accents, a unique manner of pronouncing each letter and specific speech combinations.

Regarded by Sanātanīs as the primary source of knowledge and the sacred foundation of our Dharma, the Vedas embody one of the world’s oldest surviving cultural traditions.

Veda itself means knowledge. This knowledge is not just information, but transformative knowledge, by inner work, deep meditation, prayer, conscious living.

The Vedas have more than 20000 mantras and each mantra when chanted produces sound vibrations that impact specific neurons of the body. The basic aim of chanting mantra’s is to induce certain sound frequencies that impact our neurons coherently and synergistically.
The key to the right sound rests in the pronunciation of vowels (svar) and consonants (varna). A faulty diction would do more harm than good and that is something we need to be mindful about. Though mantra’s work best when chanted, nonetheless listening is a better bet than getting it wrong.

Final Words by Manish Vyas
All these prayers are not only invocations to these magnificent, powerful, gracious deities, but also a tool to cleanse and purify the energy fields in and around you. These prayers can invoke energies to remove obstacles, hindrances of any kind, and create a shield of protection and good energy to invite abundance, peace, calmness and truthfulness into your daily lives.
VEDIC INVOCATIONS has been chanted and recorded by two young Brahmin priests who have studied Sanskrit and Vedic texts in the ancient and exclusive system of education from India widely known as Gurukul - where they spend many years living and learning from the purest sources.
The album is a pure treat for lovers of Sacred Sounds of Ancient India, who will enjoy this powerful recitations to deepen their yoga and meditation practices…as the purity of these chantings create a very deep, meditative and purifying space, slowly shifting the energy towards higher chakras. I am deeply proud and honored to be able to present one more treasure from beloved India.
